Grants access to a specific user for a compute node. Only the owner of the node can grant access.
Important: This operation is only available for compute nodes that belong to a workspace (organization).
Independent compute nodes cannot be shared with users or teams.
This will automatically set the node's access scope to "shared" if it's currently "private" or "workspace".
