Get account details for the authenticated user

https://api2.pennsieve.io/compute/resources/accounts

Get account details for compute resources belonging to the authenticated user.
Optionally filter by workspace or include workspace enablement details.

When filtering by workspace, workspace administrators (permission_bit >= 16) will also
see accounts with isPublic=true that they don't own, enabling them to create and manage
compute nodes on those accounts.
