Grants access to a specific team for a compute node.

Permissions: Node owner or workspace administrator on public accounts (isPublic=true).

Important: This operation is only available for compute nodes that belong to a workspace (organization).
Independent compute nodes cannot be shared with users or teams.

This will automatically set the node's access scope to "shared" if it's currently "private" or "workspace".
