Delete user secrets for a compute node

https://api2.pennsieve.io/compute/resources/compute-nodes//secrets

Deletes a specific user-scoped secret by key, or all user secrets
when deleteAll=true. Only removes secrets belonging to the
authenticated user. Requires node access (owner, shared, or workspace).
