The folders and files directly under prefix in an Open Data
dataset's S3 resource (its first anonymous one, or bucket's), listed
anonymously: at most 1,000 together, truncated past that. prefix is
relative to the resource, as an openData source's is, and ends in /;
none is the resource's top. For choosing what a view takes.
