Supported File Formats
What file formats are supported on the platform?
The Pennsieve platform supports a broad range of file formats and data modalities. While users can upload and download any file on the platform as well as have discussions on these files, there are several file formats and data modalities that have a much broader level of platform support, including viewing and API access. Specifically, data modalities that have advanced support include:
- Time-series data
- Tabular data
- Clinical Imaging data
- Microscopy data
- Text and Source Code (i.e. MATLAB, etc.)
- Metadata
