Creating relationships between metadata models

Once you create a number of models, you can start creating relationships between models. For example, if you have models for Patient and Visit, you can link these models together by clicking on the Relationship Type pane and adding a relationship type (i.e. Patient --> attends --> Visit):

Once you create this relationship, you will see it in the Relationship Type pane:

Once you have models and relationships created, you can create records (i.e. individual instances) of these models.
