Updated mechanism for creating Pennsieve Accounts

We updated the Pennsieve platform to enable users to create their own accounts on the platform directly from the web-application. On the login screen, select "Create an account here" and follow the instructions. This will create a Pennsieve user and allows the user to enter the Pennsieve Sandbox Account.
Within the Pennsieve Sandbox, users can test out the functionality of the platform. If users are interested in using the platform going forward, users can request to transition from the sandbox to a full featured private account.
Users should not use the sandbox to store critical data as the sandbox account will be periodically refreshed and uploaded data will be lost.
